Shipping Cost

We use both USPS and UPS for shipping our orders. Small order shipping (less than 1 pound) is $5.95. Large order shipping (more than 1 pound) is $10. All domestic orders over $85 are eligible for free shipping.

**During Black Friday- orders over $150 USD are eligible for free shipping.

 Order status

You will receive an email update with tracking information once your order has shipped. You are also able to log into your WISA World online account and check order status under "my orders".

If you have not received your tracking email, please contact Customer Care and we are happy to help. Our processing time is 5 business days from the day you purchased. Additional processing time is required during peak seasons and launch periods. 

WISA World is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery has been successfully completed. If you feel your package may be lost or stolen, please contact Customer Care immediately to file a lost package claim.  WISA World cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to addresses that are incorrectly entered. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.

** Please allow 15-18 Business Days for processing and shipping on orders placed during Black Friday weekend.

 Cancel your order

To provide the fastest delivery to our customers, orders are immediately sent for processing. Your order cannot be canceled once it has been submitted.

 Refund

Please allow up to 15 days, from the day you ship your return item, for your return to be processed. Returns are processed within 72 hours of being received into our receiving warehouse. Your return tracking number is the best way to confirm your return has been successfully delivered to our warehouse.

 Return

We’re so sorry if our pieces did not work out for you. We are here to help so please do reach out to us with any issues. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the order date and, must have a return approval to be processed for refund. We do not offer free return shipping labels. All returned items must be unwashed and with the original tags attached.  

 **Why was my return or exchange denied?

  • Signs of washing or excessive wrinkling
  • Item(s) smelling of smoke, perfume, deodorant, etc
  • Excessive animal/human hair, fuzz, lint, etc
  • Signs of wear (makeup, stains, smell, etc.)
  • Returned without original packaging, tags or removable bra pads

As courtesy, we do ask for any orders placed to ensure all information is accurate before checking out. In cases such as orders that are "Returned to Sender" WISA world cannot be held reliable for orders that have incomplete, missing or incorrect addresses.

 Exchange

At this time we cannot exchange one style for another or a different color. We can only exchange for a different size of the same item. If you would like to exchange for a different piece we can issue you a refund so you can purchase another item!
